Community Life Center Rental

A PLACE TO GATHER!

Hold your next event at Mount Olive's beautiful Community Life Center! The Community Life Center was designed specifically to accomodate a wide range of community gatherings. It is perfect for: Wedding Receptions, Dinners, Fund-raising Events, Conference, Musical Performances, Training Events, Theatrical Productions, Dinner Theater, etc... The facility features:

  • 5,000 square feet of usable space in the multi purpose room, Configurable into 2 rooms with a floor-to-ceiling operable wall
  • Seating for 300 in theater format and for 200 at round tables
  • State-of-the-art Sound, Video, Media, Theatrical Lighting, and Satellite broadcast systems
  • Commercial Restaurant-style kitchen
  • Eight 4'x8' configurable stage sections
  • Volleyball and Basketball, bleacher seating, computer/video generated scoreboard

GETTING CONNECTED...

The following groups can use the Community Life Center: (See the Fee Sheets for corresponding rates)

  • Individuals from the Milpitas greater community (Fee Sheet)
  • Non-profit organizations and churches with their own 501(c)(3) designation (Fee Sheet)
  • Members of Mount Olive and other LCMS Churches (Fee Sheet)
Facility rental is subject to the following restrictions:
  • We are unable to accommodate for-profit businesses due to our tax exempt status.
  • No alcoholic beverages, except for one wedding reception toast, are allowed.
  • All events are subject to Mount Olive approval. Mount Olive reserves the right to decline events.
