God the Father is awful (as in full of awe).

"You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."
(Revelation 4:11)

Sometimes we lose our awe of God.

But just being in awe of Him isn't enough.

We as Christians move from awe to relationship, knowing that He loved us enough to send His Son to die for us.
